Phillip J. Kirby, Jr., CPA

Graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Phillip J. Kirby, Jr. has over 30 years of accounting and tax preparation experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant through the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Better Business Bureau.
